Sustainable Development Strategy
ENERGEE upholds the mission and vision of "leading global electrochemical industry innovation and prospering the energy services ecosystem across people, vehicles, and homes". We are committed to promoting environmental protection, assuming social responsibilities, and improving corporate governance transparency through technological innovation. Under the trend of global and industry sustainable development, we formulate and implement ESG strategies based on our own characteristics and capabilities. We focus on seven major areas: climate action, resource circularity, Sustainable Supply Chain, product responsibility, employee responsibility, social responsibility, and governance and compliance, carrying out long-term actions to fulfill ESG responsibilities in business activities and boost global sustainable development.
Sustainable Development Policy
Climate Action
As a new energy technology company, ENERGEE actively responds to the national "30·60" dual carbon goals and spares no effort in promoting the green and low-carbon transition of the economy and society. We have established a carbon management system, mapped out a three-in-one strategy for operational carbon reduction, product carbon reduction, and supply chain carbon reduction, and carried out full-chain carbon management, comprehensively striding towards 2045 full-chain carbon neutrality.
Resource Circularity
ENERGEE advocates nature-positive and circular economy concepts, committing to minimizing the product environmental footprint and promoting the transformation of the traditional linear consumption model. By building a resource circulation management system, establishing production bases with low energy consumption, low pollution, and high recycling rates, setting up a traction battery recycling system, and building a biodiversity management mechanism, we alleviate our impact and dependence on nature, and promote the harmonious coexistence of economic development and the ecological environment.
Sustainable Supply Chain
As a core component enterprise in the new energy vehicles (NEVs) supply chain, ENERGEE consciously assumes the obligation to maintain the stability and sustainability of business operations. With the goal of "improving sustainable impact and enhancing supply chain resilience and stability", we use due diligence to select business partners who comply with responsible business conduct practices, collaborate with suppliers to identify and manage environmental and social risks in the supply chain, take a responsible attitude towards raw material and mineral procurement, enhance supply chain transparency, and strengthen traceability management.
