ENERGEE Reaches Strategic Partnership with ZEISS on Quality Throughout Full Lifecycle

On May 27, ENERGEE and ZEISS, the global leader in optical and industrial quality solutions, signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Quzhou, Zhejiang. The two parties will focus on quality control throughout the battery's full lifecycle, jointly promote innovation in quality standards and testing technologies, and consolidate the quality foundation for ENERGEE's products going overseas. ENERGEE focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of high-safety lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, with two major product portfolios, "Golden Brick" and "Matchless", covering scenarios such as driving, battery swapping, and energy storage, laying a product foundation for globalization.

ZEISS has more than 60 quality excellence centers worldwide, bringing together over 2,000 experts to provide standardized solutions from testing to failure analysis, which perfectly matches the quality consistency needs of ENERGEE's global layout. Based on the advantages of both parties, ENERGEE and ZEISS will join hands to build a battery quality innovation laboratory and jointly develop a new generation of battery testing solutions throughout the battery's full lifecycle. In the production stage, ENERGEE will introduce various ZEISS testing technologies to improve battery cell precision and consistency; conduct non-destructive testing during the integration stage to ensure system safety; and rely on ZEISS's global quality center network for after-sales support to jointly establish overseas failure analysis capabilities.

The two parties will also promote talent exchange, and ENERGEE can send backbones to ZEISS's German headquarters for study. This cooperation will facilitate ENERGEE's full chain quality upgrade from R&D and intelligent manufacturing to going overseas, enabling Chinese battery products to go steadier and further in the global market.
